The accommodation was clean, beautifully decorated, and the room was spacious. The rooftop garden and spa pool were stunning. The breakfast was satisfactory. We were greeted at the port and escorted to our room, which was a pleasant surprise.

The apartments at Residence Acanto have a classic design with tiled floors and wrought iron beds. They make you feel like you're staying in a charming Italian home.
Personally, I would have liked a larger sofa in the living area. But that's just my opinion.

Perfect location, close to ferries, citadel, and main shopping streets. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Excellent service. Great source of local information and assistance with tours.
For us it was ideal.

The apartment was massive and the beds were super comfy. The location was on point, close to all the dope spots. And OMG, the croissants were straight fire! But the real MVP was Guiseppe, he hooked us up and made our stay extra lit. We're definitely coming back, fam! Thanks for everything!
The only thing that would've made our stay even more lit would be if there was a sick party scene nearby. We're young and love to party, so having a happening nightlife within walking distance would've been dope.

The location of this place is jaw-dropping! It's so close to the ferry port, marina, shopping street, fort, and archaeological museum. The top floor apartment is mind-blowingly huge, with a well-equipped kitchen and super relaxing space. And let me tell you, the apartment was spotless clean. Added bonus, we had access to English TV channels and the wifi was excellent. Giuseppe, our host, was a wealth of local information and made us feel like VIPs. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the homemade cakes. And let's not forget the great cappuccinos. We will definitely stay here again.

The location couldn't be better - it's just off the main street in a quiet area, but still close to all the restaurants and bars. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to help us book trips and arrange transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially loved the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a pleasant stay in a location that was down a narrow alley and very close to everything. It had great facilities including a spacious and clean room with a well-equipped kitchen. the breakfast options in the beautiful garden were plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Giuseppe even organized a lovely day tour for us to Panarea and Stromboli.
Despite the pleasant stay, the staff could have communicated better during check-in, including explaining issues with air conditioning.

Lovely, spacious apartment with comfortable beds and a small balcony overlooking the hills. The breakfast was delicious, especially the excellent coffee. Giuseppe, our host, went above and beyond to help us find a travel agency for our boat trips. Highly recommended. a fantastic stay at Residence Acanto.

We had a wonderful stay at Acanto. The location was perfect, tucked away in a charming alley but still close to all the restaurants and bars in town. We could easily walk with our bags from the port. The breakfast options were excellent, with a beautiful garden setting. The spacious apartment was a bonus. But the best part was the staff, especially Giuseppe. He was outstanding, speaking great English and helping us organize a fantastic day trip to Panarea and Stromboli. Highly recommended.
No negatives from this place. 😊

I recently stayed at Residence Acanto for a few days during my trip to Lipari. The location of the hotel was ideal, and I particularly enjoyed the large rooftop pool. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, providing valuable information about the island and excursions. On our last day, he even prepared a special breakfast for us in our room. Additionally, Giuseppe, who met us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, made our arrival seamless. The room had a small kitchenette, and the hotel itself was clean and attractive. a delightful stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Charming interiors, like stepping into a Pinterest board. The homemade cakes at breakfast were a delightful surprise, and the bus links made me feel like a local. I also loved sipping drinks on the terrace, feeling very glamorous.
That being said, I must admit that the private patio area was a bit lacking in the exotic views department. Seriously, how hard is it to transport me to a tropical island?

Spent Xmas there and it was such a great experience! First of all, the staff was amazing and really took care of us. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, so everything was easily accessible. We also loved the fact that the rooftop had a jacuzzi and a stunning view. The breakfast offered was delicious and we loved having a kitchen in our room. an amazing experience!
The room we stayed in was a bit noisy due to the location directly on a busy street. the shower temperature was a bit tricky to stabilize.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, always available and helpful with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast every morning, which had a wide variety of delicious items to choose from. The rooftop pool was also a big hit with us, offering a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful views of the area. Plus, the hotel's location was spot on, conveniently situated just a short walk from the main street and local amenities.
While we had a pleasant stay overall, we did find the rooms to be a bit basic and lacking in character. There wasn't much of a cozy or homey atmosphere to be had, and the windows were a bit small, making the space feel a bit cramped.

We had an amazing stay in this city! We loved the hotel facilities, including the rooftop terrace with a hot tub and stunning views. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, away from the main streets but so close to the ferries and transportation. We also enjoyed the fact that it was down a cute little alley, giving us a sense of being in the heart of the city.
Nothing could have been better.
